I'm a feature writer and interviewer for national newspapers and magazines, as well as a cookbook author, recipe columnist and host of my own foodie chat show.

I have 14 years' experience as a staff feature writer and extensive interviewing, pitching, writing and editing experience for national publications.

My professional interests include: food and drink, real-life and celebrity interviews, investigations, opinion pieces, lifestyle, current affairs, travel, consumer trends, health & fitness, fashion & beauty, TV & film.

I edited The Telegraph Book of the Kitchen, How to Jug A Hare, in 2015, and my first cookery book, Three Ingredient Baking, was published by Penguin in 2018.

My second book, Six Minute Showstoppers, came out in May 2020.
